1. Processing times:

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping rates and estimates

International: Please allow 10 to 18 business days for delivery.

To ensure competitive pricing, our products are shipped directly from our partner logistics centers in Asia

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

4. Customs duties and taxes (International)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are levied once the shipment reaches your destination country. Paws&Places is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

European Union customers: We will refund the total amount of the order, excluding return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or non-compliant), which remain your responsibility.

All other countries: All sales are final. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or video as proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund — no physical return required.
