REFUND POLICY — Paws & Places
Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Once you notify us of your intent to return, you have an additional 14 days to ship the product back.
This right applies exclusively to EU orders. For all orders outside the EU, all sales are final, except if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
All return requests must be submitted within the 14-day window. Beyond this period, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Procedure After Expiration: Our system automatically restricts return requests once the 14-day window has closed. We strongly recommend inspecting your items immediately upon receipt.
Article 2 – Return Shipping & Procedures
2.1 Standard Returns – EU (Change of Mind)
Contact us first at contactpawsandplaces@gmail.com before returning any item. Do not return to our registered office address.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please use a tracked shipping service. Include your receipt or proof of purchase when contacting us.
Refund: Once received and inspected, we will refund the order amount (excluding return shipping) to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
2.2 Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items (All Countries)
If your item is defective, damaged, or doesn't match your order, contact us at contactpawsandplaces@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number and proof of purchase
Photos or video of the issue
Do not return to our registered office address. Return shipping costs will be fully covered by Paws & Places. Please send us a copy of your postage receipt — we will refund both the product and return shipping costs upon receipt and inspection.
Refund: Processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
-Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
-Custom or personalized items
-Personal care and beauty products
-Hygienic items (pet chew toys, feeding accessories)
-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Refund Processing
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contactpawsandplaces@gmail.com.
